Thank you for joining us for this e-commerce business success story! We’d like to start by getting an understanding of your backstory. How did you come to own your business? We started as dreamers – wanting to be successful someday. We strived hard and now we are working on our path to success.

Terrific! Now, this article is about profiling successful e-commerce businesses. So – can you share your top 3 keys to running a successful online brand? The top tip that I can give to be successful is to be organized. You have to keep track of your tasks and stay on top of the things to be done. Creating a to-do list, managing your time carefully, get planners and calendars marked, and don’t lose focus on what’s important. Next is being consistent. You have to do things that are working consistently to be successful in your business. Lastly, know and analyze your competitors. Seeing them successful is enough to realize that they are doing something right which is not present in your business. You can research it and implement it in your own business.

Excellent. Now, I’m sure it hasn’t always been that easy. Can you tell a story about one challenge, setback, or mistake that you’ve had to overcome on the road to success? How can others learn from your mistakes? We can still remember the day when we received bad feedback from the customer. Normally, what we do before is just process and ship out their orders. Not considering that some of our customers are old and incapable of assembling the equipment. The feedback has been posted on our page and most of the potential customers that we have canceled their orders from us. As a result, we had a huge loss of profit for that month. The lesson here is that you need to take care of your customers very well. From inquiry, placing the order, and providing post-purchase support.

Thanks for that. Now – we want to know what’s next! What new initiatives are you rolling out at your business and what results are you hoping to see? We are doing further research and study to hit our goal of $1.5 million in sales in 2021.
